Another quick video for you - "Escheating"!

It turns out that tax overages usually have special rules that result in the county KEEPING THEM FOREVER after just 1-3 years of being on hand. This makes it all the more urgent we locate the funds for the owners of tax sale property that was lost at a recent auction.

Hi David,

We really do not leave the office for any of the deals that we do, there is no reason for it. So other than potentially some banking issues and time zone challenges you would have everything you need to run your business from South Africa. Having some contacts here does not hurt, the only thing I can think of that could slow you down is getting packages to sign internationally and this delaying things, and for this it would be great to get your associates involved to be officers who can sign documents for you and possibly handle banking matters. That's the fun part anyway so you shouldn't have a problem enlisting them for that. If you make up your mind you're going to make things happen, get involved in the training!
