Tax Sale Overages - County Unclaimed Funds

We’re going to locate unclaimed funds and connect them with their rightful owner – and pocket huge finder’s fees in the process.

Why can’t the potential recipient of the unclaimed funds just type their name into their state’s unclaimed funds website and claim the funds themselves? They can. And they might try.

The problem?

Tax overages due to them will never be there. And the claimant will usually need us to complete their collection.

We’re not even going to mess with those. Why not? Aside from the fact that most claimants can easily find their own state-unclaimed funds once we notify them, there are other rules and regulations we'll want to avoid there. Usually we’re restricted to a low "finder’s fee" limit for these state unclaimed funds – as little as 5%. Tough to make money with such a small split.

So, those state funds are out.

Here's a tax overages list, free from restricts, we can start on now:

WOW!
I'm totally blown away. The webnar was incredible! My whole body is shaking, I'm excited, I'm intrigued, fascinated, motivated and mostly I feel so compelled to help these people who are being so wronged by our government. Believe me, I know exactly what it feels like to be thrown into the street. My husband of 23 yrs passed away from liver disease. He was a very successful musician. He paid the ultimate price for all that fame and glory. We knew it was coming. We did everything right, paid the family lawyer big money for a proper last will and testament so he could be laid to rest with some dignity and free of worries. Or so we thought.
Nothing could have prepared me for what was about to unfold right in the middle of the darkest time of my life. His mother, (I call her M&H, stands for mean and hateful), the crooked family lawyer, and his yankee pig face cousin, somehow got my husband to sign a power of attorney as soon as he was coming out of a 6 week coma, behind my back. You couldn't even tell it was his name. He don't remember doing it either. But anyway, A couple of months later he was allowed a leave from his rehabilitation facility for an afternoon so we could go to the lawyers to read over his will and sign it. Then the dirty rotten ba***** that we just paid $750, tricked him into signing one last document. It was a irrevokable(?) trust that put everything into his mothers estate. We never seen it coming. His father trusted him so we did too. And his MOM, REALLY!?
After the funeral I thought they were going to have to put me in the ground too when I found out what they had done. My daughter just lost her husband too. He was shot during a road rage incident. So I had her and my 8 year old grandson living with me at the time also. The grief and the pain and the humiliation of going from who I was, to what and and where I went in a few short weeks was almost more than I could bear. We were homeless living in my car, with my bull mastiff a blue healer and two labs . They even kept his truck and everything that we owned and collected in our 23 yrs together.
Needless to say, I ended up with NOTHING. both houses were paid for, except for the taxes of course. Combined they were worth 3/4 of a million. The government didn't get me. In a sense, I could have dealt with that a little better than having his family bend me over a dirty garbage can and hang me out to dry. I felt like dirt. I couldn't believe it. I remember I kept thinking it was just a bad dream and I was going to wake up and it would be okay.
Its weird how even after all that I still automatically think everyone is going to do the right thing. I'm just not wired like that so I fall for all the work from home scams on the internet and stupid pipe dreams, Its like I'm stuck in a rut that just keeps getting deeper. I Still find myself wishing I had some more hard earned money to give to them so they can save me from myself. Knowing the whole time its all designed to screw me hard, but still wanting to believe there are still a few folks with a conscious out there somewhere. Just when I had lost all hope these two dudes, Rick Dawson, and Bob Diamond from heaven or somewhere just appear on my computer screen out of no where. Popping up, and not going away. Weirdness...
I ain't going to lie, These last 8 yrs have been by far more dark and grim than I could ever have imagined. Things were kind of looking up. My daughter moved into a vacant house a couple of years ago in Cobb Co Ga. she did get a tax bill, but didn't have the money to pay them. Then last week she received a letter telling her she had to move. She is about to have a breakdown. She is tired, like me, I'm all she has, and she is all I have, so It looks like she will be coming to live in my tiny little cabin on lake Lanier in Gainesville Ga.
But here is the bright side to that, she is smart, young, (well, she is 35, that's young to me)she is pretty, independent and very motivated and determined to make a good life for herself and her son who is almost 15 now. We are good friends, we both have strong work ethics and make a killer team when we work together. (and we wear the same size clothes, bonus!) Two heads are better than one. I know in my heart that my ship has finally came in. I feel it, like I have never felt anything before. I cant wait to jump in with both feet and bring some piece of mind to myself and a lot of good folks who deserve a better deal than what our "trusted" government is not dishing out. What is wrong with people?
But ain't that the way? The very same people who took what belonged to me and got pleasure in seeing me suffer, are the same ones who drove me to find you and this promising yellow brick road of wealth and abundance. Humm...funny how that works. I cant wait to send them a X-mas card of me and my kids in front of one of our beach houses with my Porshe and my daughters brand new Corvette sitting in the drive way, Thanking them for giving me the drive and determination to find wealth, to have so much happiness in my heart and pride in my stride because I didn't have to steal it from anybody. While they are living the not so glamours life of being really bad employees of the Cherokee County Ga (poor white trash) Police Dept. David Allan Coe says "you get what you put in, and people get what they deserve." I believe I'm finally starting to understand what he meant by that. Anyways...
Please, Please,Please keep that window open for me, Just one spot. I don't know how I will find the money, but I promise I will. A guardian angle or a metaphysical force of some kind led me to you (my husband Wayne "BEAR" Sauls-?-r.i.p.) Getting here was half the battle. Its on NOW! looking forward to working with you. Thank You...
I stand in awe. YOUR AMAZING> God Bless. HarleyJane Sauls... 678 -943-1900... feel free to call if you might have any advice on where to get some fast cash. I cant miss this boat....Help!

Is there a cost or fee for the list(s) we are seeking? If yes...What's the cost?

Oftentimes not, look online. Otherwise, the list is minimal.

Hello, I am looking for something that will allow me to take care of me and my family. I don't have any money saved or to save. We are living minus paycheck to paycheck. I have been receiving your emails for a little while now. I am interested in joining your training and business family. I am sending this message in hope that you will not close this opportunity any time soon. I do hope for a break through soon.

This opportunity doesn't go away quickly - people are always late on their taxes. Some market opportunites do come and go, however, and we're set for a great few years here so don't wait.

How do you get these taxes sale overages and where would I go too and can this be done in Indiana. Please let me know as soon as you can. Are you going to be able to help me

They're obtainable by the county, it's different in every state. We recommend other states besides Indiana because there is a 10% limit on collection. You can work anywhere in the country from Indiana

I have started doing this . In Memphis, TN they don't make it that easy to do. They do not generate a list but you can go down to the courthouse and find them yourself. I did that. I contacted the people. I got advise from computer lawyers how to make the finder's fee form out and POA and the Motion/Petition, I did the title searches sent out the notice of hearing, the full 9 yards . I got everything signed by client then the clerk refused to accept it. They said I can't do this . They said I have to be a lawyer , I can't make documents, or file for anyone else even with a POA . They said the person has to testify in court and prove who they are and that they owned the home at time of sale and why they deserve the money. They also said state statute limits my fee to 30%. No more. How do I get around all this bull with the county?

It's not really possible for me to dig into your situation if you don't own our training materials and developed the paperwork yourself.

I'm not sure what the timing is here on the claim or when it was generated... and it's true, non-lawyers cannot advise others in court.

If you had to have a court hearing to get the funds here, then you would have needed to get an attorney to coordinate everything once you had the claimant on board.

I'm just wondering if all of this is just a big scam. I've done a ton of research online and most of what I read says that you'd need to hire an attorney to get court hearings for the funds to be claimed. And of course it's not like I can just hire an attorney on a clients behalf without having a retainer. Also it says that checks can only be mailed out to the person the overages are owed to. So how would you get paid? I'm just curious as to how all of this is going to work when there are so many roadblocks preventing it.

You must not be looking at the counties in which we operate. Also there are ways around all the roadblocks that we teach, however this is not free material unfortunately. I think if you continue to do online research you will see that people are making a lot of money in this business.
