Tax Sale Overages - Work the Business From Anywhere!

Found Money. Everyone loves it! Once in a while I reach in my pocket to pick out an unknown lump, and guess what?
It turns out to be a well-washed dollar bill. How about seeing a $20 bill drifting along the sidewalk or parking lot? What a great feeling – money we had no idea existed, and now it's right there in our possession. Like magic.

Have you ever experienced that? Finding a buck or five is a nice feeling, but we’re truly talking “small change” here. Governmental agencies throughout the country hold BILLIONS of dollars in unclaimed funds. Some STATES have billions all by themselves, existing in various agencies.

Most of the time, these funds just sit there. And sit there. They’re never collected by the rightful owner. In some cases, they just disappear after a while and become property of the government. And today, TAX SALES are generating unclaimed funds for former owners like never before.

Our job? Request lists of unclaimed tax sale funds (they’re required to provide them to us) and locate the missing owners of these funds. You saw yesterday how bidding at sales creates overages. But the great thing is, we can find these funds, and their owners FROM anywhere without leaving our desk.

Why do this? Many unclaimed funds recipients are more than happy to let us share in their windfall if we help them access the funds – to the tune of 40-50% of the claim amount.

We’re not talking one-dollar bills or five-dollar bills here – we’re talking five-figure sums (and even six-figure sums) that are sitting at governmental agencies, ready to be collected.

Let’s connect these unknowing claimants with their money – and earn five-figure finder-fees in the process! More to come soon.

I would love this to be worked in NJ but I don't think this can be worked in the state of NJ, am I correct in this statement? How many states can this be worked ?

This can be worked from any state, if not in any state. DeedGrabbing works excellent in NJ.

Hi Rick, this is fascinating. Do I have to buy lists to do this and spend a lot of money on marketing? Thank you!

Rick Dawson July 14, 2014 at 9:33 am

No you really don't. Lists are available from the county directly. Most require a small charge of under $20 but if money's a concern you'll find some that will email them free or have them on their website. Or find lists of upcoming tax sales to work with, these are almost always free and on the county website. Marketing is a matter of sending 50-100 letters at a time and using the internet to find prospects and calling by phone, so not much there to worry about.

HI RICK, I AM VERY INTERESTED IN THIS. I LIVE IN COARSEGOLD CA. BUT I HAVE RESEARCHED THE PROCESS AND FOUND A FEDERAL HOUSE BILL (HB 2428) THAT PROHIBITS BUSINESSES FROM CHARGING MORE THAN 5% FOR THE PROCESS. ARE YOU FAMILIAR WITH THE STATUE? HOW DO YOU GET AROUND IT?

There is no national law I'm aware of that limits you to 5%. Some states do, we show you which states to work in the training, to avoid this.

Hello Rick,
This is Carlos, I was wondering. Once you receive you checks of 40 to 50%, Would you then have to pay taxes on that too the Government?. And if so couldn't I incorporate that as Business taxes as long if you have a Corporation and Accounted along with Business Account?

Reply

Rick Dawson July 29, 2014 at 4:44 am

Yes you would have to pay taxes on the amount you actually make, and should be able to include it with your business taxes.

How do you actually track down the prospects? Do you type their name into search engines?

That's a great way. Also online search sites and county records.

my reminder call came late. I gotten into your program near the very end. Is there a way to review it at another time maybe.
Do we need a lawyer and a notory to do this business. remember I'm new to this business and very low on income as well. So could you give me someone who is doing this to learn from and maybe work with. that's the problem with companies like your self. the infor is great but, the hands on is greater, do you see what I mean..

No you certainly don't need one for most areas. We show you where to work where you can collect administratively. And my partner Bob is an attorney, and reviewed/rewrote a lot of the material so that's good enough for many people. For privacy reasons though, I can't exchange student information.

Definitely - we never travel to the properties or counties we work, so you can work from anywhere.

Hi Rick if a person had a lot of money can they just buy it out at a deep discount, would that be quicker

Reply

Rick Dawson January 26, 2015 at 9:15 pm

Buy what out? Properties at auction are bid high due to competition, money isn't the problem.

And buying out the owner direct is exactly what I suggest.

If you have made so much money why r you charge'g so much? This thing last night was just a big waste of time really! I know about the overage deal ,but, dont know how to get the lists! So why should I pay $1500. just 4 that!

George

We are charging much less than it's worth. You should pay $1500 because we can teach you to make multiples of that.

Hi,
I understand there is a fee for training. Then, you will teach us how to get list and how to do business?
How long you are going to help me? Just one day, one month or one year?
Is this really work? I just don't want to waste money.

We will provide everything you need to run your business from start to finish in the training material. The first 3 weeks after you start there will be live orientation sessions where you can ask questions as you watch our orientation videos (in other words a live person from our team will immediately answer questions as you watch. We also have email and if necessary phone support for you as long as you need it. Yes it is really work as you have to follow the steps we provide to get your lists, locate and contact the owners, and get paperwork signed. If you do not you will not make money. People who do follow the steps and work hard at the business find that they are able to make a lot of money especially compared to the time they spent "working"...so if you're ready to make the business happen we're ready to get you there.

You'll likely want to work in another state besides the one you live in.

Hi
I live in Australia and am wondering about the logistics of doing this business from outside the USA. For example do the checks get posted to the Aus postal address or do we have to setup a US postal address, bank account etc. thanks
Joanna

Most people we have that work from Australia set up an LLC and bank account over here. Once you do that you can quite easily get services to receive mail and deposit checks for you.
