New Jersey Tax Sales Teleconference with Bill - Part 2

Bill from New Jersey Closes Some Killer Deals

In our first conference call with Bill, we saw how Bill got a 20%+ response rate to his mailings to owners of New Jersey tax sales property, and had several deals in the works.

Now, six months later, Bill has closed two of these properties and is closing on a third a couple weeks after the call - well over six figures in profit mailing less than 1000 letters.

I was blown away by this call - I'm sure you will be too. For all of you who wonder why people sell their tax delinquent property cheap, you'll hear why as Bill talks about the mindset of the sellers he encountered.

So you find some property with delinquent taxes. The owners are out of state and willing to part with the house for a little money. When exactly can you do a title search to see if the $25,000 property doesn't have a $27,000 lien on it/
