VA Use - VA's are virtual assistants that you pay to assist you in executing this business, these are workers that are usually found outside of the United States to lower cost of labor through jobs.ph, odesk, elance and other sources. You are allowed to use a reasonable number of VA's to find lists, put the lists through the viewer and find properties that are suitable investments for you or match the current criterion of the properties we are looking for. You are able to use up to 4 virtual assistants in your business with this system. What you specifically cannot do is share this course with other investors or business partners, you are allowed 1 business partner with this system. As a practical example, if you apply for a VA userid and that person is a US based investor who is avoiding buying their own copy of the course, this is copyright infringement and punishable by fines up to $250,000 per incident.
Business partner - You are allowed one business partner with this system, that business partner will use your id and share that id.
Submission of properties - You can submit properties that meet our criterion and earn "finders fees" if we end up successfully purchasing those properties. See our current training on what kinds of properties we are looking for right now and the current payment schedule, the first person to find a property and submit the property earns the finders fee. In the event that you submit properties 3 times or more within any 30 day period that clearly do not meet the criterion as shown in the training, and/or not vetted out properly by you, you will need to go back through training and your assistants will need to go back through training for a review period. During such time you will not be able to submit properties until you have gone back through the training and learned how to properly filter the properties. Continued submission of properties that do not meet the current criterion may result in loss of the privilege to submit properties to us, you will be able to continue to use the system to find properties for yourself but you will not be able to submit properties to us any longer for review. **IMPORTANT We have now ended the referral program for properties. However you are still free to submit lists to process, use the viewer and other tools in the site and pursue the properties you'll for your own portfolio.
