The first question I am often asked is, “What is a DeedGrabber?”
Here is the short answer: A DeedGrabber is an investor who gets a deed to (buys) property that is about to be lost to a tax sale investor.

Can YOU Be a DeedGrabber?
Nearly anyone can use the DeedGrabbing technique to profit from tax sales. Why? Because, as a rule, we do not risk or invest more than a few hundred dollars on any given deal.

What's required to succeed at DeedGrabbing?
-Must be teachable and follow directions
-Must be willing to speak to tax-delinquent owners on the telephone
-Must be willing to deal with county employees to get lists of properties
The beginner can succeed as well as the pro - because little or no investment is needed.
Why Not Buy Tax Liens?
If you want to acquire properties from tax liens, get ready to wait! It can take years to get a property because of the redemption period allowed by the state, for owners to settle their tax debt.
This also means tying up tens of thousands of dollars of investment for years. Most of the tax liens will pay off, and you’ll be left with a relatively small return on your investment and no property.
Why not let the investors do all the research to buy the best liens, and let them wait for most of them to pay off.
Then, when they’re about to get an "infomercial-strength bargain property", you’ll go to the owner and buy the property right before the tax sale investor gets it!
